The Killian Curse is a 7 part New Zealand kidult horror-fantasy television show, directed by Thomas Robins and Wayne Vinton, which tells the 21 stories of the students from Room 21, who must each face an evil curse placed on them by the sinister Charles Killian. Killian wanted to get revenge on the people who caused his death shortly after founding the school in 1906. He needs to capture 11 souls to rise from the dead.

Each episode contains a Main Dare which is big and terrifying and can win the nominated contestant a luxury holiday if completed successfully, a Mini Dare which is not so dangerous but is still scary and can win the randomly selected contestant a cash prize of $100-$500, and finally 3 x street dares that are silly, ridiculous, hilarious fun that are filmed in shopping malls and can win the randomly selected contestants $50 if completed successfully.
If the nominated contestant attempting to complete the Main Dare fails they obviously lose the prize, if they refuse to attempt the dare then the dare is thrown over to the host to attempt, if the host succeeds the contestant loses the prize, if the host fails or also refuses to attempt the dare then the contestant wins the prize. If the contestant and the host both refuse to attempt the dare then a stuntman proves the dare can be achieved.
